Convenient and polite people but it's not the same without the restaurant

The bathrooms were dirty, the creamer was empty, and the store was also dirty, but when we let one of the employees know they immediately came to fill creamer. She let us know they weren't prepared for thanksgiving black friday rush. She was very helpful and sweet. I couldnt tell you for sure what normal is but they did have all cleaning supplies close for cleaning.

Here for fuel, a quick break and a shower. Fuel island could use a good pressure washing, which is normal. The building is clean, as are the shower facilities. This isn’t a bad place. I’ll be back for sure.

Great place with very helpful crew! There is a large variety of fresh made hot foods to pick from making it an all in out quick stop to satisfy everyone.

Stopped and got dinner from there hot case and it was awesome ! We really needed a hot meal tonight and it truly hit the spot. Thank You flying J . Plus great parking !

Many of these locations usually are exactly the same, which means consistency between quality of service. There's some shady ones every now and again, which is to be expected of any establishment of this type. Treat the staff nicely. They keep the truckers rolling, and we keep you in food and water.

Clean, good service. They have reserved parking, so you can use the app to reserve a spot ahead of time, which is always a good idea. There's a Cinnabon and they bake fresh every morning - yummy! They have hot dogs, biscuits and gravy and pizza. Kind of a goofy way to get out of the parking lot though.

Basically had to stop here because there are not many options nearby for a truck stop. For food all they have is a limited pj fresh section. Mostly unhealthy stuff. Only 1 veggie option. Given that there's no restaurant here the line gets backed up because the cashiers have to handle all the food (pj fresh, pizza, pre made salads), and the fuel, and everything else in the store. Workers were mostly semi polite. The shower was pretty dingy and small. But the water was hot (main thing), the parking lot for trucks has very narrow aisles. So you may have to bust out those skills ;) Overall, you can get what you need done and be on your way. Nothing special, but not horrible either.

I stop here regularly for fuel and snacks, I never wait long to get fuel, and the restrooms are always in good clean condition. They always have plenty of hot food ready to serve, and the store workers have always been very friendly to me, they have lots of parking as well as a blue beacon truck wash right through the parking lot.

Good, best, cheapest gas price. Fernley, Nevada store was preparing for the onslaught of "Burning Man" returnees and had everything on hand. GREAT JOB.

Quick service. You dont deal with the employees long enough to be concerned with whether or not they are friendly, but when you are, most of them are pretty nice and helpful.. I gave it 5 stars because last halloween my son went in there to trick or treat and the manager on duty bought a candy bar from his own money and handed it to my son because the flying j doesn't do the trick or treat thing like a lot of stores around here do. I thought that was awesome of the manager to do that. I totally adore him for making my kiddo feel all kinds of special like he did! When he handed the full size candy bar over to my son he looked at me like "oh my gawd!!! Look what I got!!! Its HUGE!!!". Long story short my son walked put with an ear to ear grin on his face, and walked out with a smile on my because I haven't seen a smile on his that big in a long time.

It was ok and better than 1 or 2 of the others we have stopped at. But their gas seems to be cheaper. And everyone in there are friendly.

Hey Flying J, just writing to tell you guys what tou probably already know and that is that Marc spelled with a C is the f-ing best. His awesome demeanor and cool as polar bears toe nail disposition are ti be commended. Congrats to you, and lucky for you, you have one of the good ones.

4 stars for Lucia who cleaned the showers and she was the only employee who actually greeted the customers.

We stopped here on our way from Idaho Falls to Boise...what can I say about this place?Granted it's self explanatory: it's a Truck Stop. Great hot food, clean restrooms. Great place to gas up, go potty! Friendly staff.

You didn't have a restaurant besides at Subway shop the break room TV room was barely big enough to turn around then and you and you didn't have canned dog food for my dog.

Got gas on the drive home from Tennessee. It is a fairly nice travel center, and has a good sized store. I would recommend.

Great food for a truck stop

This is a nice truck stop well set up to accommodate not only special needs for truck drivers but the everyday travelers. They have great food served in their restaurant catered by some of the nicest waitresses at reasonable prices. A well set up snack bar for the get it and go travelers. All types of fuel. Plenty of showers for clients wanting to get cleaned up while on the go. This place provides plenty of wheelchair accessible parking. Huge restrooms to accommodate several customers at one time. Lots of overnight parking for trucks and other vehicles passing through even a nice truck wash.

Pretty average price for gas, but that's better than most highway side gas stations it seems. Pretty cheap and good merchandise. It's a pretty good place. Getting out of the parking lot is pretty confusing though. I saw a guy asking directions the same time I tried to find my way out.

Greatest stop to date!! And that's saying alot.... Been coast to coast in past 31 days I rated each one ... But only one other has met the challenge.... If you drive and need to stay over THIS IS THE PLACE
